Bacterial wilt is a big challenge to the vegetable like Tomato,Brinjal,chili.Gourd farmers.Its control is not easy task.Same symptoms in plants is shown in fungal wilt and as well as in bacterial wilt.Control of fungal wilt is easy. It can be controlled by spraying copper based fungicide. But the control of bacterial wilt of vegetable is not an easy task. Steps of control for bacterial wilt are- 1. Select wilt resistant varieties seed. 2. Treat the soil of land with Pseudomonas (process of soil treatment would be shown in another video) 3.Seedling treatment can be done with streptomycin mixed water before transplantation 4.streptomycin can be applied in 7 days interval.
