我的父母都是1949年渡台 他們的籍貫都是江蘇省阜寧縣(老阜寧縣現在已被分為數個縣: 我母親的故鄉現在叫濱海縣 父親的故鄉改射陽縣) 據我父母所說 我父親的家鄉只能種植水稻 而母親的家鄉雖然一縣之隔 卻能生產水稻及小麥 愈往南方去 小麥愈無法生產 所以 在以前的農業時代 南方人不太吃麵食的
