Pros and Cons of Investing in Property through a Private Company in Malaysia, Why Buy a Property Under A Company in Malaysia? Buy A Property Under A Company in Malaysia?
Rules of thumb when buying properties in Malaysia: Never buy an under-construction property, no matter how famous the developer is. If you want a brand-new property, buy it once it has obtained the Vacant Possession (VP) in the secondary market or directly from the developer only if they have available stock. Buy freehold properties, especially landed ones. Buy properties in areas where the majority of residents are Chinese. This is not racist, but from an investment perspective, property values tend to increase faster in these areas. Buy properties located near shopping centers. Buy properties that come with at least two car park spaces. Buy properties that have easy access to highways. Buy properties that are surrounded by greenery and have plenty of commercial activities nearby. Buy properties that are located near branded schools. Avoid properties that are close to high-tension cables, Indah Water pools, or areas that are prone to flooding.

I bought two under construction properties and have never encountered any problem. Look like we have someone that doesn't invest many properties but give the wrong advice
