The zoom in from the satelite view to the actual campsite is very cool. The squirrel was so cute, take him with you. Those were some views from the top of that Castle, I think its worth the cost/effort. You can get an ice cream anywhere Lisa ! I like the look of that Happy Fish resto, tasty beer with tasty fish. Great work on fixing the blinds guys. I'm always hungry after watching you rustle up an amazing meal Andre. Its not just Millie that needs to lose weight, so do I ! Welcome back to Europe.

Oh yes! Well actually we had quite a lot of sun and sand in Morocco. In fact we still have quite bit of Moroccan sand with us. 😁 Cava.. on the other hand... Yum.

It looks so much more comfortable than Morrocco (and less dust) but respectfully more expensive. Yet just for the choice of food it is worth getting back and relaxing. Also, André’s cooking master chef dishes with less restriction of ingrediencies makes this video more relaxing for us viewers. It is so hard to believe that pizza wasn’t preordered or frozen bought in one of the many supermarkets. But seeing all the other dishes André is capable making in confined spaces like motorhome, takes all the doubts from that suspicion. Great return to Spain and looking forward to your next videos.

Thanks Peter! We definitely missed the wide variety of food available in Spain. But as you say, it's interesting to see the price disparity. Yesterday we bought fennel at a local market and the EUR 3 we paid would have been EUR 1 in Morocco! But we should anyway be bracing ourselves for what lies ahead as we venture further north into the REALLY expensive countries! 😁

If you end up going further past Barcelona we went up in the hills to Breda for the night. Free park up and had food and beer with all the locals in a small bar just across from the church.

Hello, another really well made video fantastic. I really enjoyed the Morocco series and it saves me having to go there, I prefer Spain, I hope they don't make it too difficult for us to go there with even more new rules coming in, ETIAS visa for example. 😀👍👍👍

Thanks! We also really like Spain. It's perhaps a bit too busy for us but it's nice to be back. ETIAS shouldn't be a problem and probably won't change anything for you. It's supposed to just be a preventative security protocol. Or something like that 😁

What I don't understand is that because of the extreme water shortage they are making it difficult for motorhomers to get drinking water, and yet they allow car washing (as at time point 31.40), which seems mad to me. My wife and I spend Winters caravaning in Spain, but this Winter the number of vanlifers and motorhomers seems to have absolutely exploded. Around the Almeria area we struggled to find a campsite pitch for our caravan at all, all sites full in February. Presumably (looking at your vlog) you found the situation very similar, as regards numbers. Very much enjoy your vlogs, thanks.

Some of the restrictions does indeed seem odd. It might be municipal specific. The big culprits in water use (in the tourism sector anyway) are most likely rather hotels and resorts. Motorhomers are generally frugal with water. As you say, we're also observing the major increase in campervans since a few years ago. Especially right along the coast. It's actually a bit too busy for us and we'll probably rethink our options for following winters. Safe travels!

We actually drank tap water in Morocco for at least the first month (using our filters) but the taste got worse (brackish) as we got closer to the coast where we switched to bottled water.

Malaga has gone bonkers. 20 years ago Calle Larios was a regular vehicular street with iconic cafe central on the square. All gone. Pedestrianised now with indie shops gone to be replaced with Gucci, Rolex, Mulberry & chain after chain for the cruise ship clientele. I'm not sure any of this has benefited the average local.
