good routine, but strange composition what’s the point of the inbar 1/1 if she never connects to downie? she was in a good handstand position… just do a toe on or connect the inbar to van leeuwen

Je ne critique pas la magnifique performance de Mélanie,. Mais je trouve que beaucoup de disciplines en gymnastique (dt gym artistique) , patinage (hors danse), certaines en ski, virent à la performance de "cirque". Les athlètes ont d'ailleurs une morphologie qui confine à des clones. Désolé de cette évolution.

​@WorldGymnasticsMemories She showed disappointment well before the score was given. It seems obvious how dissatisfied with her own performance she was. At that moment, it wasnt about the score. Of course it wasn't "bad" by any means and there were some absolutely gorgeous moments in that routine, but in comparison to what she expected from herself and what she is capable of, I would also agree that it was a "messy" routine in context to the missed handstands and missed connection.

@@WorldGymnasticsMemories for her own standards, it honestly was a bit messy. Still not a bad execution but she holds herself to a high standard and expected more than what she did. There’s definitely even more in the arsenal for this routine- which bodes well.
