When listening to this music, I constantly got the impression “I know this from somewhere”. After about 2 minutes I got it : this is the rythm of “Malaguena” of Los Paraguayos, only a bit faster. Melanie is also singing the long notes and changing from very low to very high as is also the case in Malaguena. No wonder there are so many reactions of Spanish-speaking music-lovers.
