Dear P. air-fryer is good to do chicken tandoori, or fry red onions for biryani or store brand ready made food ,like chicken strips,nuggest ,or popcorn shrimp, pop corn chicken, french fries, ready made store brand egg /chicken rolls etc.but not good for Vadas,samosas etc.i am using it is my house in usa for last 4-6 yrs,but is very useful for chicken tandoori, or any kind of seasoining of chicken, we do not get good quality goat meat in usa,and lamb smells, even goat meat taste different is usa,but my usa born son does not feel no problem eating it.i do not eat meat, but I like fish.but u can not fry fish in it.for some things our natural shallow fry-marathi way is the best.punjabi people fry everything fish, chicken in deep fry.but Air fryer is a useful in the kitchen, I do not know what kind of you get it in india.it saves time,but food burns, you can not put some stuff in it, and watch Tv or match.always keep in high temperature ,but frequently check it.i uses special silicon dish shape cover for it, and spray butter or oil in its it does not sticks.and the air fry need not to be wash.just wash silicon cover.Enjoy !! I like to watch you vlogs.-your voice is very soothingly feel special connection with you.id not know why.i live in L.A. in California,and I am in usa for 32 years plus, and now retired.so God bless you and take care-meeta. mahajan raikar-usa.*** spray out side of air fryer with spray and napkin.never put it in water to clean
