Oh, have you read "The long game"? It's the sequel to the heated rivalry. It is a very beautiful conclusion to their story. This felt more like Ilya's book and it was A-mazing. I'd highly recommend that! Great selection btw 👌!

Chelsea, you haven’t fully explored MM romance books if you haven’t read the many, many books from K.J. Charles’ pen. She concentrates on historical (1870-1920) stories set in London. She is an amazing author who mixes detective, mystery and steamy MM love in a historical setting, a time when gays were sent to prison if ever their inclinations were revealed. The forbidenness is a constant feature of her novels - we have come such a long way since (one of the greatest scientific geniuses of the 20th Century, Alan Turing, who invented computers was jailed and sentenced to chemical castration for his homosexuality - in the 1950s ! ). KJ Charles has a knack to pit a masc, dashing yet caring character against an introverted, delicate but determined one. The way her many pairs of MC complement each other is so endearing. And, not to be neglected, her stories are filled with suspense, well researched and beautifully written (memorable one-liners abound).

Hey , you def need to read THE LONG GAME by RACHEL REID , it follows the relationship of Ilya and Shane after heated rivalry ... i highly recommend it !

Btw in “Him” they actually were campers at the summer camp as teenagers, then later after a few years they couch at the same camp.

The sequel to Him is Us and while I loved Him, I just adored Us. It had me cheering and bawling (cause it’s so sweet). There’s an epilogue to the duology titled Epic. It’s a novella and it concentrates on Jamie’s future. No intimate scenes in that one, just a perfectly sweet end to Jamie and Ryan’s story.
