These no-bake bars with a crust of peanut butter and graham wafer crumbs are sweetened with dates for a yummy Easter treat that’s easy to make.

Ingredients:
3/4 cup M&M’s Peanut Pastels, divided
6 pitted dates, roughly chopped
1 1/2 cups graham wafer crumbs
1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted and divided
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tsp liquid honey
Instructions:
1. Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper so it overhangs the edges; set aside. Chop half the M&M’s Peanut Pastels; set aside.
2. In food processor, pulse together dates, graham wafer crumbs, peanut butter, 3 tbsp + 2 tsp coconut oil and vanilla until combined. Stir in chopped M&M’s.
3. Press mixture firmly into prepared pan.
4. In small microwave-safe bowl, stir together chocolate chips, honey and remaining coconut oil. Microwave on MEDIUM-LOW, stirring every 30 seconds, for 60 to 90 seconds, until smooth and melted.
5. Spread melted chocolate mixture evenly over graham cracker base. Sprinkle with remaining M&M’s Peanut Pastels. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours or until base and chocolate layer are both firm and set.
6. Remove from pan and cut into 12 bars.
Tip: Substitute dark chocolate chips with milk chocolate chips or white chocolate chips if preferred.
