I had a disappointing experience with their food. The biryani was not good at all when I had it-the chicken was undercooked, and I ended up with acidity after eating it. The staff was rude and not customer-friendly. After that, I stopped visiting their restaurant. The Dhonne Biryani Hotel at Thekkatte is far better; the staff there are much more customer-friendly.
