ALWAYS REMEMBER, HOUSE AND LOCAL LIVING STANDARDS ARE CHEAPER FOR REASONS because LOCAL WORKERS MAKE LESS INCOME so your rental income WILL BE CHEAPER and takes 5-20 yrs to get $ back or another KZbinRS SAID buy a luxury Malaysia house in a best area then 20 yrs later sell still LOSS MONEY HAHAHA. Spend $150k or $1M to get MM2H is NOT much worth compare to u can buy a citizenship/Permanent Resident from many Caribbean tax heaven ISLANDS then VISIT MALAYSIA stay 1-3 months only pay rents and re-enter 2-3x a year ALL WITHOUT have to tie up $150k-$1M and don't have to stay in there 90 days - have more freedom. Live in Taiwan 3 mo, China 2 months, HK, Macao, Thailand each 1 month, stay in European any country 1-2 mo then re-enter Malaysia stay 1-3 months DON'T have to buy RM$600k - RM$2M house. Tell me as an investors why invest in there if RENTAL RETURN IS below 8%/yr or 10% cap rate! Investor me say Hi from USA! I like the old MM2H w/o have to buy a house!
