sorry it's actually not accurate. it says "they don't know what I'm talking about, dirty mud clothes etc" it's the first line (not you're dirty) and the cigar is not yellow, it's referred to the yellow stain between the fingers of smokers. I won't correct the whole thing because I think it's amazing you tried to translate it anyway and it's mostly fine. Just for those who are interested in the actual lyrics
