Pronounced Mahn- oh- skin. Seen them live in michigan October 2023. No warm up band , they played a 2 and 1/2 hour electric fire performance. Awesome live

eheh, that was a funny reaction! Let me tell you a little more about this song. Is is a "version, of a version". - The original song is from the American band "The Four Seasons", back in 1967. Is was a Soul music style song. - In 2007, the Norwegian hip-hop band "Madcon" made a new version, with an hip-hop style, and introduced the rapping part. It was also ao big radio hit back then. - In 2017, Måneskin did a version of Madcon's version, and then later in 2021 it became famous, after being viral on TikTok. They used the "rapping" version, and gave it a more rock-ish style and strong vibe to it, with Damiano's raspy voice.

There is a very good reason why this sounds different from what yoj heard on the radio...XFactor Italy finalists get thw chance to publish an EP with the covers performed during the show and their original song/s... of course it's a low budget production and the quality of the recording is really low... when they started to become popular because of this song on TikTok they were quite embarassed for that reason thankfully they had many occasions to show they're good for the whole first year in the Us nobody cared about their songs any tv participation they were asked to perform Beggin' only... but in the end it's been a lucky bet😊

ahhaha! It was sure that one of you knew Beggin! it's the worst nightmare of fans who can't stand listening to it anymore lol it's a cover that they played at x factor during a live and then they released an ep with a few covers and maybe a few originals I don't remember and beggin was one of the songs..and it was years later and after they won Eurovision that the song invaded TikTok and became a trend (born in the Philippines according to the group's team)for most people who refuse to listen to the band or hate them they are a cover band... these people are complete idiots!You're right, it's hard to enter an international market! most of the american reactors for example say they don't know the group even though they are on the radio, have gone to every possible show, have been nominated for a grammy... have filled madison square garden..here we can see someone standing during the entire performance, it's machine gun kelly ah ah! he loved Maneskin from the very beginning and so to thank him they invited him to their wedding in Rome (yes, all 4 of them got married, it was a huge ceremony with a procession and distinguished guests like Baz Lurhmann.. etc) awww it would be so cool to see you react to the maneskin vlogs called "on the road" i thing there are 4 on the road with maneskin and 2 vlogs of the european tour. that's absolutely hilarious with english subtitles (almost 30 minutes each) i don't know if that's the kind of content that you like but it would be so funny you would love them event more they are super funny ! 🥰 your enthousiam is contagious thank you guys!!

@@henrikmunk450 yes you're right, well they did all the covers before but it's the radio version we still hear today if i was damiano i would be so pissed off hahaha his voice improved a lot and he has to listen to this younger version of himself all the time (of course it's really good but i try to think like dami haha)

Sapete il perché del look elegante?. Poco prima degli mtv sui giornali e sul web i Maneskin venivano contestati per gli abiti di scena troppo succinti e inaccettabili per alcuni.. qualcuno ribatté che erano costumi in linea con l'anima trasgressiva della band. Fu a questo punto che intervenne un politico .. Pillon.. un po' conservatore che tuono' ..ma quale trasgressione? Ai tempi odierni lo sarebbero molto di più se indossassero un abito elegante con il papillon!!! Più o meno questo il senso. Quindi la band per gli mtv opto' per questo look postando poi una foto di gruppo con scritto .. fatto Pillon! Più o meno una cosa del genere.. botta e risposta via social .. e fu molto divertente 😂😂😂

My least favorite Måneskin song, but this is a great performance. This is a cover of a Madcon song from a while back and the Madcon song was a cover of the original by The Four Seasons and Frankie Valli back in 1967. They covered this song during their stint on X Factor Italy and they put it on their first EP relaased after X Factor. They never promoted it or really released it as a single and were surprised as anyone that it blew up on Tiktok after their Eurovision win.
