Let me tell you, the funniest thing is the way they talk: Ethan doesn’t even have a Rome accent (neither an r but that doesn’t count) and talks in such a sofisticate way, Vic definitely has an accent but not that strong, while Thomas and Damiano have a strong Rome accent, but I swear Thomas comes up with certain expressions that are impossible to translate, I have to look up even the ITALIAN translation, he is so difficult to understand. He’s iconic tho I love him and the way he talks cuz it’s so funny

Don't go by this video if you're trying to learn Italian; it's full of Roman slang and dialect expressions and the Roman accent is really heavy. Better to listen to their serious interviews.

@@kaylinwilcox6800 learning with apps will never be as effective as learning by yourself, the vobab, the grammar. Duolingo for example (I dont know if its a thing where ever you come from) starts by teaching you kitchen vocabs that youll never use in a bilion years! It's just such a waste of time, believe me, I've tried! (Duolingo doesnt require a subscription so if you wanna use it anyway you can)

Even understanding Damiano and Victoria is not an easy game, between "fracica" and "sgravato" I often understand half of what they say. Fortunately, some of their vocabulary words such as "fregno" or "pippa" are universal, otherwise I would have to hire an Italian-Romanesco interpreter.

@@keikokobay4617 Thomas is 100% Roman when he speaks, he is very funny, even if sometimes he is not totally understandable by anyone since he has a strong accent and some terms he uses are not known throughout Italy. Honestly, their conversations in Roman dialect are the funniest. The conversation with Ethan ... I don't know if he was serious or joking since it has no context ... Both Thomas and Ethan are thin since childhood and of the two the thinner is Thomas, so it's a bizarre monologue... Maybe Ethan follows a particular diet or maybe Thomas was talking about someone else, we will never know ... Anyway, Thomas seems like a really nice guy, he's funny and friendly to everyone and it's evident that the other Måneskin members love him very much and are happy to be with him.
