can you tell me how much change since the earthquake. As for the Whirling effect on this one. there are 4 current change pools. this is one of them. has it moved, got faster, slower? nevertheless the radiation level should be checked there ASAP. LUVBUG

I think you can actually see the difference in height on either side of the bridge that must be causing this whirling of the Ocean..there must be a big,sharp drop in Seabed height below that bridge to be causing this,unless the whole part of the Plate Japan is on is tipping toward one direction : ? Garrfff.

Thanks. So has this always gone on like Corryvrecken, a tidal whirlpool in the Scottish Isles? Would be interesting to to have them test for an electromagnetic field reading of air/water/static discharge at this location.

If that is a steel bridge it might somehow be amplifying some anomally from the mixture of freshwater and saltwater? Possibly caused by charged radioisotopes?
