Everybody can't be in the top 10, but that list rotates among hundreds of rappers, it seems. The top 10 was more consistent in the '80s, then it started to expand and vary once more rappers came into the game and changed the artform. Some heads get bumped off. Like I said, everybody can't be in the top 10, but Busta is still dope. I never denied that.
