@@ariki08 Actual reo delivery to the masses is not happening You cant lump MOE spend in your korero ..changing audio in movies does nothing.. Tainui and Kaitahu are delivering reo in community and homes

@@gabegrace8333 It is not Te Taura Whiri's role to offer te reo classes. Te Taura Whiri was never set up to do such a thing and it's quite uninformed to think that they were. Again, you're better off asking for accountability from MoE as they get the lionshare of te reo funding.

@@gabegrace8333 As for the efficacy of dubbing - the changing of audio in movies - this caters to fluent speakers who need to be supported and provides an extra resource for learners to absorb te reo from.
