I absolutely love this gun! There is one caveat…..if you have a weak grip or lack hand strength this gun is probably not for you. It’s a really tight fighting gun, especially compared to the LCP Max. I’ve put around 400 rounds through mine using a variety of FMJs and hollow points….100% reliable. SW hit an absolute home run! The shoot ability is so good. It’s shocking how little recoil there is.

I’m glad to hear that you have not encountered any of the problems that many of us have had with this gun.I do love this pistol but the slide is very hard to rack, the follower on the 12 round mag does catch (after loading the second round) and the safety is a bear to operate.That has been my experience with this gun but I’m hoping it smooths out a bit after some more range sessions

Ughh! Sounds like you hit all the snags! For the mag issue look into Humble Marksmans workaround, perhaps it'll cure what ails you;)

Purchased the LCP Max because the slide is much easier to operate vs Bodyguard 2.0. Additionally, the magazines in the LCP Max did not require a smack to seat. Finally, the LCP Max was around $250 (75th Anniversary model) and the Bodyguard 2.0 was $400. Both are perfect size and good sights, but these things made the difference for me.

Re magazine getting stuck: just depress the FRONT of the bullet. Only happens on the third bullet.

Saw it at the gun store and it so small but feels right. I want one. Was looking at the Shield Plus but that looks huge next to the BG2.0.
