BW does an excellent reading. I just wish it wasn't abridged the way it was. The climax is still chilling, but it loses a lot of its edge when the build-up's cut out like this. There really isn't any dead wood in that part of the story. It's one of my favorite MRJ stories so I'm a bit fussy. ;) As a kid I was haunted by the idea of some horrible and impossible Thing coming through the door into my room at night, so the story chimes perfectly with my childhood dreads.
