Add 1 cup boiling hot water to 1 cup ( little more than 1 cup ) rice flour and salt . Keep it aside without stirring and with lid on for 15-20 min. After that knead and make same as chapatis and the rotis come out thin and they won't break

Hi Ashuuu. Today i have lots of things to tell you. 1. Jst evng around 4pm ki anukunna shld start a diet i shld put down weight ani and ola your video is here. I feel this so telepathic 😍 2. And we want your diet videos every month. My mom also follows your diet plans 🤗😘 3. My pet is loving ur cutlet receipe she dint allow me to watch that part. She put her whole face on my screen 😂😂 she too Loves you ❤️ 4. And about Rice roti (I'm a kannadiga, n we call it Akki roti) roti press chese appudu use a plastic cover n grease it. Roti ni dani paina greased hands tho light ga press chesi cheyandi vastundi. Also dnt prepare dough very soft if you are resting it aside before preparation. Chala soft unte baga raadu. 5. I like your tea recommendations. I'm a big lover of coffee too 6. And yeah we can see visible difference in Billi garu's weight loss. And as you said inch loss is important than weight loss. Here is my request regarding to that- tell me few tips( apart from diet) to lose inches 7. For rice roti Rice flour -1cup Water-1cup Boil the water and add salt and add rice flour after cooling need it then it will in the consistency of chapati .Roll it with rolling pin In same process u can do jowar and ragi Jower-1/2cup and wheat or rice flour -1/2cup with one cup boiling water

Beyapindi chapathi Receipe: suppose flour -1glass , water -1.5 glass stove paina oka chinna vessel petti water poyali , water koncham boil avali taruvata pindi okasariga veseyali , so that it will float do not mix it after sometime dough will dissolve by itself so u can off the stove and mix it ...then u can make like chapathi's somehow tried to explain hope u understand

Green moisturiser is really good..especially for dry skin or winter season. I have tried it & it retained moisture till the end of day. However, didn't find the yellow one(papaya) good. It feels very artificial n colory and do not retain moisture.

Wonderful and interesting diet plan . Definitely will follow in my diet. One small suggestion - lite bhel will be having lot of sodium it’s not good for weight loss , leads to bloating too . better to use plain bhel as ingredients you added is yum .
