Disappointed with the attitude of supervisor and manager, Mr. Ramy & Mr. Maged, at Terminal 3, Egypt Airport. Counter closed 1.5 hours before flight, preventing check-in. Limited Flight Options: Despite it being critical and second trip, no available seats on next 3 flights; earliest seat available in 3 days. Wasn't offered option to travel without luggage. Financial Loss: Lost 4,600 AED due to immediate booking with another airline. Demands: •Compensation: Seeking material and moral compensation for financial losses and distress caused. •Disciplinary Action: Urge Egypt Air to take strict disciplinary measures against Mr. Ramy and Mr. Maged to prevent future incidents.
