A good recipe but wanted to give you a suggestion...it’s a good idea to add the mango pulp after removing the custard from fire as otherwise there’s a risk of the milk getting curdled. Moreover, adding the mango pulp after cooling down the custard enhances its flavour which otherwise gets lost while cooking it .
