This message is for the producers of the show. I am commenting because I am so incensed about the inaccurate information and recipes that are being shown in this so-called cooking show. I live in New York and I am used to tasting different cuisines of the world. This show is so distasteful not because it's trying to show a cosmopolitan life a current Bangladeshi youth in Dhaka, but because it's ( i am talking about the recipes here, forget about creating a fake western attitude) so fake and disingenuous that it does the public a disservice. If the intention of the program is to introduce unique western recipes for the Bangladeshi viewers, then do it correctly with the right information and the right techniques and the correct recipes. For example, Osso Bucco is not a french, but a famous rustic northern Italian dish. All the producers needed to do was to google it. Secondly, the way and the technique used to cook the Osso Bucco was incorrect. I can understand that you might not get the exact ingredients in Dhaka, that's ok. But make up a recipe and call it occo bucco for the viewers who have never heard of it is wrong. You forget that your little show might be watched by people who really know cooking and might have tasted a particular dish that you are trying to pass off as geniune. The concept of the show is good. Please do your self a favor, take off the show because it teaches the wrong recepies and information to the viewers or otherwise do extensive research on your recipes before putting it on air. Stop giving wrong information to viwers and making a fool of yourselves.
