আমি অনেক ব্লগারের ভিডিও দেখি, আজ আপনার কয়েকটা ভিডিও দেখলাম। আমেরিকায় বাড়ি কেনার জন্য নয় কেবল আপনার কথাগুলো অনেক সুন্দর লেগেছে বলে। আর হ্যাঁ আমার আমেরিকা আসার বা থাকার সুযোগ বা সামর্থ নেই কারণ আমি মধ্যপ্রাচ্যের (সৌদি আরব) একজন কামলা। যখন আমেরিকা,কানাডা বা ইউরোপের কোন ব্লগ দেখি তখন কষ্ট হয় নিজের অক্ষমতার জন্য কিন্তু পরক্ষণেই মন ভাল হয়ে এই ভেবে যে আমার কোন ভাই তো আছে মহা সুখে এটাই কম কিসে! আপনার জন্য শুভ কামনা রইলো। একটা ইচ্ছে- আছে যদি ১০ মিনিট আপনার সাথে সরাসরি কথা বলতে এবং আপনাকে দেখতে পেতাম! সৌদি আরবে আসার দাওয়াত রইলো ভাই, এলে আমি ঘুরিয়ে দেখাবো এবং আমার জীর্ন বাসায় সাধারণ খাবার খাওয়াবো ইনশা আল্লাহ্‌।

একটা ব্যাপার বুজলাম না আমাদের দেশের টাকা যারা বিদেশে নিয়া যায়। কম নিলেও তো পারে। দেশের মানুষকে এতো বাশ দেয় কেন। বাড়ির দাম দেখলাম তাতে ৪/৫ কোটি টাকায় বাড়ি কিনা যায়।আর ৫ কোটি টাকা বসে খাওয়া বাবদ নিলে তো হয়। হাজার কোটি টাকা নিয়া যায় 😢😢😢

With the high rise of interest rate and inflation I do not think this is the right time to buy a house at all. We all know price of the house will have to significantly come down . You will see lot of affordable house are already coming in the market with reduced price. Please do not buy any house unless you are foolish or you have no knowledge of real estate. Wait till next year to buy house with 50 percent price reduced .

I heard this sounds since 2010. But unfortunately never happened. House price went up and up like sky rocket. I saw one House in Brooklyn price was $324k one family couple years ago. Now this days $650 to $750k and its keep going up. And I missed the opportunity that time, now I can't find any house. So if you like the house just buy it. Next year will be more and more.
