Today i am sharing variyali syrup recipe from this syrup in just 5 second you can make delicious variyali sharbat .....variyali sharbat is one of the best cooling drinks for hot sunny days Fennel seeds are rich in cooling properties.The best way to get all benefits of fennel seeds make fennel syrup and whenever you wish in just 5 seconds you can prepare variyali sharbat...in this summer special cooler recipe requires minimum ingredients and here i have used all natural things like raisins,poppy seeds and cumin who have also its own rich elements . no artificial clor or assence so friends try out this natural drink and keep your body cool
ingredients of variyali syrup
200 gram fennel seeds
2 tbsp poppy seeds
1 tbsp cumin seeds
2 tbsp raisins
1 kg mishri/sakar/sugar
1 lemon juice
3 glass of water
this syrup you can store for 4 months in fridge
if you have not fridge grind fennel,poppy seeds,cumin and raisins all together ,prepare powder
then grind , also 1 kg sakar and mix all together and store in airtight container
soak this premox powder in water for 20 minites before you serve
