M/S Scandinavian Star MAYDAY call with subtitles and translation recording.

During the early hours of Easter 1990. 159 people were killed when the Danish flagged vessel Scandinavian Star caught fire on April 7, 1990. The fire was caused by a convicted arsonist who died in the blaze, according to the official investigation. Disputes have since been raised over this finding.
