I wonder if Emi can do a film of what is available or not. I usually buy something for my mother from the UK when I visit. In the UK, we also have diabetic products as well. Which I normally top up for her.
It took me a long while, during this lockdown, and from watching the HK videos that.. I realised, the HK style was the ceylon flavour. Or what you guys called "red tea". I never knew that. I just didn't stop to think, why the tastes was different. Cos over the years, I have just followed the brands. But some of the brands have changed their formulas and I don't recognise it. I also bought some of the M&S ones during this lockdown. I just always remember my father, liked the "strong teabags". Especially the ones we have here is called "Yorkshire tea". I realised it is the ceylon... That flavour is not available everywhere. M&S is so good with biscuits. Also, if I skip a meal, I will drink a tea, and have a few biscuits, like the malted biscuits. Because, the wheat is a form of protein, and it ties over my blood sugar level til my main meal. (People outside of the UK do not know this, but... the flour is also fortified as well. i.e. Added vitamins. Esp B. This is why, you will find that most children, have these as their school snacks. Tea, bread/sandwich, and milk, or biscuits. The Bs help the child grow.)
