M SPORT Front Bumper Conversion + Front Lip on a BMW G20 330i

Did my bumper cover replacement for my M340i this week (debris damage on highway) and this video was beyond helpful. I only outsourced paint but otherwise went pretty smooth, thanks to y’all. Y’all’s videos help more than just the upgrades highlighted - thank you!

Same! My black trim pieces got cracked on the freeway as well as some of the grille. Gonna make a vid on it next weekend with the new OEM parts

Kies motorsports if you're reading this please do a 330i rear diffuser bumper conversion next. Can't find any front lips or rear diffusers for the non m-sport models. Would be awesome to do a full m sport conversion for a base 3 series.

You should create a new diffuser for the f80 with similar lines as the g80, it would create waves because the G80 rear diffuser is so streamlined and has better 3D appearance

hey so I did the conversion but the pdc sensors are not working properly and they look funky from the outside like you mentioned and there’s just no way the little rubber ring around the sensor can fit on the holes already on the bumper

Great video very informative. I’m interested in doing this upgrade to my 2021 BMW 530i LCI. Or a front splitter that will improve the non M series 530i front bumper for a more aggressive look. Are there any plans to design a conversion bumper for this model in the future.

I got a 330ix 2019 g20 body will it work on that model?I asked BMW and they told me its not possible ,was waiting for the exact mod for really long time!I am glad you guys work on g20s !!Bring more basic content for us so we can actually start working on our cars. I just hit a piece of loose truck tire on the interstate today with my M340i. Cracked the bumper housing so I’ll have to replace it. Do you know if the mounts and screws are basically the same as you show in the video? I’m guessing yes since the end result looks like the M340i front end. Also, do y’all sell the bumper pre painted, and ship it?
