मेथी की सब्जी बनाने का एकदम खास और अनोखा तरीका।।methi ki sabji।।methi ke gatte ki sabzi।
Ingredients
100 gram methi/Fenugreek leaves
1 tsp chat masala
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
salt to taste
1 cup gram flour
1 big spoon oil
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 green cardamom
3 black pepper
1 piece of cinnamon sticks
1 bay leaf
2 medium size chopped onion
2 medium size chopped tomato
7 to 8 garlic cloves
3 inch ginger
1 green chilli
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 to 2 tsp fresh malai/cream
1/2 tsp garam masala
In the last add finely chopped coriander leaves
