Semolina half cup
Water half cup
Ginger +garlic half tsp
Salt
Mixed curd 1/4th cup
For curd mix:
Curd/yogurt: half cup
Cumin+chatmasala + red chili half tsp each
Bit salt/black salt: 1tsp
Salt
Water 2/3 tbls
Sugar 2 tsp
