Engine vibrations inside and all over the car is a nature of a 3 cylinder engine. This vibration exists in all the 3 cylinder cars. You won't be having this vibration issue in the 4 cylinder engines. Speaking of the wiper sound issue, I am also experiencing the same in my Ford and still no solution found by the ford service center as well 😂

For only city drive, may be ok. But Worst mileage in city drive. Noisy cabin. It's not the best in the class car. For me its not recommended. If you like the car, go for Highline variant.
