oh, Rob Scallon's Rain, interesting.. anyway, does it still have the noise issues when plugged into non-isolated power supply? From what I heard, yes, this pedal is therefore unfortunately quite unusable for beginner or low-cost rigs. You have to either get separate power supply for this pedal or buy a truly isolated one. This has been a problem with the rest of the pedals from this series: the mini universe and mini efx. I have both and they just lie in my drawer since I cannot use them without issues. Which is a shame since mini u as well as this seem to be awesome pedals, especially for the price!

Eh, Ch!na... By the way, I have both Mini Universe and Elemental. I am satisfied with their quality. Couldn't observe the mentioned issue because I have isolated power sources.

@@ret01101 I already contacted them in april about another of their pedals, they said they will forward this to their engineer and never got back to me. That was back in april, it seems nothing has changed. Doing this for the second time seemed pointless, I didnt text them anymore.

@@AndrewDeer1 I am sorry to hear this. Somehow I felt that their reaction to your mention wasn't appropriate, but I couldn't imagine this kind of rude behaviour. They should send you a replacement and a small gift for the inconveniences.

@@ret01101 I don't think it was exactly rude, more like pointless. I did send videos and we exchanged some messages, I walked through all the steps I have already taken myself like trying a new audio cable etc. and it ended, as I said, by them saying they will "send my suggestion back". Ofc, using an independent power supply solves the issue but just imagine a beginner guitarist using Elemental, Mini Universe and maybe a M-Vave tuner (which is even worse haha) and having to use all those on independent power supplies and also having another one to plug all the other pedals in. Suddenly you need like 4 plugs, that doesnt make much sense. The description never tells you you need an isolated supply (and lets not even talk about how "isolated supply" has turned into a marketing phrase that's lost all meaning) so unless you know what to do or happen to know somebody who does, you are stuck with this situation. They are great pedals but this situation should be solved, I find it quite urgent, personally.

I got the reverb v2 and the Element. This one is very noisy even with an independent power supply.

I did not like their reverb - it was noisy.
