تبارك الله عليك أستاذ حسن العرافي، افكار عميقة، خصوصا فيما يخص مدى عمق الاستراتيجيات و التطلعات و الرؤى النظرية التي يكون المغرب عازم على تحقيقها وتفعيلها و الطريقة الهزيلة التي تطبق بها من طرف الرأسمال البشري الذي و في غالب الأحيان لا تتقاطع تطلعاته و مصالحه الشخصية و مصلحة الوطن و المواطن، و كما قلتم سيدي ان المشكل و للأسف لا يكمن في السيناريو و لكن حقيقة في الإخراج، نسال الله ان يصلح حال بلدنا الى كل خير

Egalement , prevoir une exoneration d'impot pour au moins 5 ans des petites entreprises et une baisse des impots pour au moins 5 ans pour les PME et un report (reechelonnement des prets pour les petites entreprises en difficultés). Zones industrielles(pme) et Zones d'Activités doivent etre mitoyennes pour reduire le cout d'amenagement et doivent etre supervisées par un organisme regional ou de wilaya UNIQUE, & en charge des organismes publics(frais electricité ,eau, telephonie ,p&c). De meme l'animation des activités economiques y compris l'investissement sont du resort des Chambres de Commerce qui sont en charge de l'information des investisseurs sur le code d'investissement (nouveau) et ses mecanismes auprès des nouveaux investisseurs.
