I recently just bought the M02 Pro. However on the app the M02 Pro is not listed. I'm not sure if I downloaded the correct app on Google Play. The app I downloaded is the Print Master and the app looks nothing like the one on the video. On my phone it says the device is paired but it won't connect. Help ☹

I just received my M02 pro and it doesn't make a complete connection to my phone's Bluetooth. I even tried my Samsung tablet and same issue. It shows up but nothing happens.I am currently charging up my iPad Pro to see if it will work with that. The Google Play app doesn't work either. Gives me an error message and to try again later.
