I live in Brazil and I set up 4 batteries of 9 ah from makita I used two of them up to half the charge, when I recharged the charger it said they were fully charged, after a while I found out that I had to discharged completely before the first charge

These aliexpress kits have bad quality bms. When you load kits with high quality cells, bms is burning due to high current and also strips melts
