Brother when you plug your buds on charging look two thing first when you plugged your charging case then check your both earbuds red light turning onn or not and second thing is don't plugged out the cable before 1 hour after 1 hour plugged out than you check your buds is charged or not if earbuds not charged. then the problem is with the charging case battery. first open the case check battery wires if wires connect properly so the battery is dead change the battery cell and your problem will be solved 🙂

Must try this solution 👉🏼 First go to mobile bluetooth setting and forget or unpair all bluetooth devices which you connected before then turn off mobile bluetooth. Take out both earbuds from the case then press and hold the touch for 5 second your earbuds will be turned off and wait for 5 seconds. Then Press the touch of earbuds and hold for 25 to 30 seconds then release and wait for 5 seconds again. After this process turn on the mobile bluetooth and search your device and connect and after this solution your problem will be gone 🙂
