Yes getting an iPad is such a game changer Ngl 😭- I use my iPad for ALMOST EVERYTHING. Just make sure to charge it overnight so ur hand doesn’t burn from the charging iPad LMFAO

⁠@@laylaspearl - do assignments (but you can do this on paper, but it’s just so much easier doing it on an iPad) - when I study - I like to use multiple colours and highlighters - which the iPad can easily just switch to rather than me buying it (not a necessity but one of the quirks) - all my assignments and papers are organized in folders (reduces the amount of PAPERS I use) - iPads are helpful in the way you can download a reading and highlight it there rather than having multiple physical pages - this is soooo helpful when teacher gives you multiple readings and you’re the type to highlight and write notes on the pdf Overall iPads are used mostly for stem when it comes to education wise and I for sure recommend it because in uni - they give you pages of work and lots of ONLINE tasks. iPads are just something to make your life a little bit easier - you don’t NEED it necessarily but it’s something that will make your life a bit easier. I recommend getting more storage - as you might wanna play games on it + school work.

@diviwivi pretty sums it up already! 🙇‍♀️🙇‍♀️ i want to also share an experience of mine... at school i bring notebooks, laptop and other school supplies everyday, so it really makes my back hurt from walking around campus. What I did was I switched some of my notebooks and leave my laptop at home to using ipad that obviously is gonna weigh much less. Plus my files are already in the iPad - school notes, lectures, etc. that i can just open in one device. It helps me as a student. I will always be a person that says notebooks, highlighters and pens are significant in studying, it doesn't mean that using an ipad is better than using pen and paper, it depends on how you will use it and how it will affect you (distractions like games or watching). Like what @diviwivi said, it just makes your life a bit easier.

If ur on a budget I would go w iPad Air 5th gen but if you aren’t that fussed with paying a few hundred more than the iPad Pro 11inch is great. There’s not much size difference. But looks and power wise the iPad Pro is better

I HAVE THIS MODEL OF IPAD PRO AND IT'S SUCH A HELPFUL TOOL!! I mainly use it for drawing, pairing it with the pencil gen2, and it's super helpful for taking notes as well. On another note, does it overheat for you too when it charges..? it also overheats the apple pencil as well and I'm not sure about the effects of that on the batteries 😭
