Lol you think I don't know who Shroud is? He's not even good enough to compete in the CS:GO competitive scene anymore. That's why he's playing PubG. Because the skill ceiling is significantly lower than that of CS:GO. Go and watch some of his final games for C9. He isn't half the player he used to be. The Shroud days are long over.

The people that are getting picked up by pro teams are facking crazy now. Its not that hes gotten worse, the talent has gone up and hes actually playing against people of his caliber or better. That being said, i play rb6s and find CS in general very boring to watch or play.

I know the young blood in the competitive scene is ahead of the previous generation of professionals. But it's still very obvious that Shroud's ability in CS began to decrease toward the end of his career and at the very end it was borderline atrocious. I follow the competitive scene very closely and I even saw a game where he had I think it was 2 frags at half time. Yes every one has bad games but he began doing that fairly regularly and he realised that he wasn't happy playing competitive Counter Strike anymore because he isn't the same player that he used to be. You don't see players from other pro teams stepping down like he did because they are coping with the skill level required. Shroud just simply wasn't performing anymore. But I'm glad to see him happy playing other games but he still needs to stay humble of course.
