I got the kit w/ esc top plate, mount and slide, haven’t installed into the XMaxx yet but did mount the 1100 motor to the slide, ok, which bolts/screws are used for the sides of the motor mount slide? (keeping the slide from going up and down) It’s probably a silly question but the heads of all the screws are wider than the slot on the sides of the mount.

@@jessejames2546 should be button Head screws brother. If you can bolt 4 screws even better. Two at the bottom and two on the top. Let me know

glad to see m2c drop a item i wanted to get for my xmaxx when i gert one and i got one about 2 weeks ago now, i would love to see m2c drop out some spiral cut xmaxx gears or just better gears for those who run 800kv, i personally am going all 800kv or im going to hang back with the 1650 just for the reason of i can.

I just ordered this setup a few days ago. I can’t wait to get it. My XMAXX has had constant issues with gear mesh and the VXL-8S dying on me. I’m going to be switching to a Spektrum 160A ESC with a Surpass Hobby 800kV motor with this M2C upgrade. Off topic but I also ordered a Kraton 1:5 chassis with motor mount that will be here with me tomorrow. I already have the rest of your K8S upgrades for it so I know it will be the end all be all transformation to a tank! 😄

if you guys would make something that would stop the body from popping off, especially the maxx v2. that would be awesome. for some reason my v2 ejects the body waay to frequently. not sure if this is the extra inch they gave it but it flexes the body right off almost every jump.

I’m interested in using this system with the Leopard Hobby 58113 (1050kv) or the Leopard Hobby 5892 (1200KV) possibly with MOD 1.5 30 pinion & 35 Spur with MAX 6 ESC. Just wondering if this brace/mount system could accommodate this setup in an Xmaxx. Thanks in advance. Chris.

Yes! Preferably with easier to access center diff. And a spot to mount the servo that isn’t so outrageous.. basically, we want an M2C RC car..

So will this fit the 2028 castle motor and the xlx2? Bc it looks like your using the shorter HW 1100kv which is shorter than the 2028 1100kv

xlx2 can be rotated 180 to make more room check out bars&tone youtube channel for his setup and awesome bashing!!

Holes don't line up for the castle 2828 1100kv had to do a bit of drilling to make it work need a motor plate with correct hole pattern hopefully they come out with one.
