Slappy can shoot laser from his eyes (The Dummy Meets the Mummy), turn people into ventriloquist dummies (Episode “Night of the Living Dummy III” and “The Streets of Panic Park”), mind control people, teleport, levitate objects with magic, survive getting destroyed by a wood cutter, possess other people if his body is destroyed (unless his head is impaled or split in two), has electricity powers, high agility, super strength (able to throw a 12 year-old into the back of garbage truck), great climbing skills, the ability to bring other objects to life, unlimited stamina, no need to eat or sleep or drink. The only way to put him back to his non-sentient self is by reading the words that brought him to life (which might not even work), reading the spell backwards (which you wouldn’t know to do unless you’re the Sorcerer who created him), or impaling or splitting his head in two (as that put him back to sleep in “Night of the Living Dummy II”).

Yeah but M3gan can also redownload herself into computers and other software, so like Slappy, M3gan isn’t so easy to get rid of. And while Slappy can be inanimate objects to life to fight, M3gan does have a titanium skeleton, which would make it difficult to really deal any damage to her. But its the classic case of whats more powerful. Magic or technology? 🤔

Slappy and megan have type 6 immortality, slappy is stronger surviving heavy equipment running him over, altho meg has advanced AI, hunting, and low adaptation via her programs I don't see slappy losing. Slappy has summons, teleportation, move stuff with his mind, and (in the books) he has plot/reality manipulation. Slappy is also more cunning. Slappy 9/10 wins
