I deeply appreciate all that you have offered here. The scarf reminded me of speakers of old, and love the new things you try. Yesterday I finally released a lot of pent up aggression and was dancing between going too far and holding the line. I was actually shocked at how well it all went. From the person who was able to take accountability for long term betrayals (to themselves and me), to me being able to moderate when I was TOO mad and had to leave. He said, even with my yelling, I was more fair and gracious than he ever expected. I’m grateful to see so many people growing “into themselves”, meaning their Whole selves, in order to find their Holiness. When we are able to hold our energies, regardless of the frequencies we dance in, we are truly liberated. Always, thank you for helping to clear the fog around the collectives. Use a plastic hairband …. Not a rubber band but the plastic sparkly kind from the 90s with the teeth on the bangs and temple and fold the scarf over… or use two more bobby pins on your bangs to hold the scarf better

The scarf is silky which is an issue, but you can get those little hair snap clips, which would help. ✌ I have lived in the extreme dark and walked through hell to get to the light where I am today, happy and successful in my long career keeping our military safe. I have come a long way. I am a sensitive Empath with a sometimes scary intuition, but also an overthinker who relies on logic and can mix that with what I have learned about psychology over the years both in books and just observation.
