@@Amit-li2gi vatika floors need wahitewash of buildings otherwise no sepage & 9 inch wall thickness. Vatika floors performed construction quality from 10 yrs. In present newly constructed quality will performed in future. After chintel incident vatika construction passed in audit by govt & ATS,pasras,Godrej icons,mapsko all buildings construction in risky zone by govt. but these are buildings outer neat&clean. Ye Indian h yaha mivan construction mai kitna reat or kitna cement h kisi ko nhi pta. Or waise bhi sabhi societies mai as per norms 10% area mai EWS building h fir bhi EWS building ke front wala tower sale hota h.

They are not allowing anyone to enter the flat. They are using same tile for main floor, washrooms floor and walls and kitchen walls.
