Demolition from what and where ? I'd like to know where this demo material comes from and where it goes. What company is doing it ?

There are three types of waste that goes into these cars One is construction waste from new buildings; residential and commercial Another is genuine demolition of old buildings, malls, commercial units A third is basic household junk that cannot be used anymore but is not swill or garbage ( food waste is an example of swill) Some firms collect this stuff from trash haulers in a concentrated area and load it into these cars. I live in MA so I know of two in my state- Wilbraham and South Leominster As of this point in time; most of these cars that have demolition collected in the Northeast US are sent to an area around Columbus, OH for burial Obviously this is temporary This issue; what to do with all the stuff we in America don’t want anymore and how we dispose it and where; is going to loom very large in the next decade

Do you have X-ray vision like Superman since you know what some of the freight cars are carrying as well as which ones are empty?

First of all; I am nowhere close to perfect I DO MAKE MISTAKES and I am not in possession of railroad bills of lading However; I worked for a railroad for a number of years so I have some knowledge I also have contacts who help me and correct me when I’m wrong You can often, but not always, tell if a car is loaded or empty by observing whether or not the springs on the trucks (wheels) are compressed (squashed together)

I like to know how do you know what's in those freight wagons or which ones are empty. That is what I like to know so maybe I can do the same thing to.
