How much of a difference is there when having the stabilizer?

Stabilizer allow you to firing more accurately when moving. But it have limitation depend on terrain bumps, gun depression and speed of your tank. Too high speed will result less accuracy. Tank with no stabilizer need to slow down or stop to firing accurately. You can feel stable cross hair when moving using leopard, object 906, M60A1, T55A, T62 that equipped with stabilizer

​@@unknowndivision170I think you forgot the most important advantage of a stabilizer. Despite having a stabilizer, it is still recommended to stop before firisng. With a stabilizer, it makes you shoot faster when you stop since your gun will be immediately stable as soon as you stop unlike in tank without stabilizer, where you have to wait for moments before your gun is actually stable or aimed. This moment could be the very difference between you being destroyed or being the one who destroys the enemy when both of you spot each other at the same time.
