well, the problem is... Felix, whether you believe so or not, is a criminal... so I hate to say it, but if they tried to take him home, he might be charged with a crime and sent off to jail :( the citadel is an out because while it is dangerous, it gives him a pardon.

@@AmareLuna what crime would they charge him with any acts of violence he committed would fall under self defense or defense of others therefore not braking any laws. Any theft I say he is just a child that stole out of survival and that he could pay for his crimes with community service under my watch and care. There’s also jurisdiction to consider so as long as he’s not within the wrong boundaries they can’t get him and I can just smuggle him home.

@@dreamingdragon2455 I mean, theft is a big one, and in terms of jurisdiction, the Empery has the right to ask any nation in the world to extradite someone to stand trial (because the whole world is part of the Universal Federation). But besides that... what would you say if you offered this to Felix and he declined? 👀because he probably would... he wants to go to the Citadel for a bunch of reasons, not just for food/water/shelter/security.

@@AmareLuna first I said I could just smuggle him out he’s not a big enough criminal to hunted down I don’t think he would be easily recognizable and they wouldn’t think to look for him outside their boarders. Secondly if he refuses my offer then he refuses I won’t try to force him but now he knows he has other less dangerous options if he ever changes his mind.
