Allow me, friend As far as we know currently, Adam and his listener married in 1999, and soon after had 3 kids. Alyssa, Henry, and Ian. This video takes place when Ian is 17, as mentioned in another comment. That would make Henry probably around his early 20's assuming he doesn't have a big age gap with him, and Alyssa is probably out of college by this point so she's probably older than maybe 22.

Mhm, if you don't know, here's a quick recap Adam and his listener got married in 1999, and went on to have 3 kids together. Alyssa, Henry, and Ian. Assuming their ages, Alyssa is somewhere between 19 and early 20's since she's in college. Henry is close to graduating high school so he's presumably 17-18. Ian is the youngest so he's at least 15-16.
