You can get lucky using the sky view like most players. But, you'll never be really good with arty if you don't use ground level view. With GLV you can target certain parts of the tank and not just hope you'll hit some of it. I like to target the engine deck to get a penetrating shot and get more damage and maybe even a fire! On those tanks with the most armor you can either land your shell right beside them and get damage with splash or shoot under them and get splash damage from below! You can't target like that using the sky view. You might as well be aiming from satellite!
