Sir ,if in ROC there is no intersection means no common then what will happen ?

Z-Transform is one of the transform domain used to analyze discrete time systems and you need to know ROC to decide few properties of it (like stability , causality etc..). Coming to your question, if there is no intersection, nothing will happen, but you cant decide system property
