Do you know if this watch is compatible with any other apps besides the fitpro app shown here?

Mine will not turn on. How long do I need to charge it? I thought I had lost something maybe until I found your video. Instructions are intuitive until it doesn’t work. In the end I had to press the device hard into the charge usb. The extra welly made it come alive and begin to charge. It seems to me that producers are relying on someone like you to offer instructions and without KZbin they might receive a hell of a lot more returns. They should pay you.

I just got one. But it's not opening. How long did you charge the device? Did it turned on while charging?

Hi Likhon,n it should turn on when you begin to charge it, if its not working on a chaerger try using your computer

Make sure it’s in the right way. The small oval should be flush with the smaller cutaway so the sensor , the back of the watch is snug ( and should be on side of charger marked S2 ).You may not see it charging except when you touch the U button.
