true.. the manual doesn't helping at all.. to me only power button works.. still searching how to assign the rest of the buttons to capture ir signal from original r.c. still with no success

I have a major problem with this type of remote! I got 2 of them from China and they just don't want to come on. I charge them and press all the buttons but nothing no response, no light or mouse on the screen. The dongle is in my TV Box.

long press HOME+OK button until it blinks. It's good to go once it stops. I can't remember if it was a long press with the keys or just once. It's just one or the other.

Hi, I used videocon smart tv 6 month old.now it's remote suddenly not working.same remote model not available in market .so I decided this type. It's working via USB interface.because already remote not working so ir learning not possible.Usb dongle connection possible via direct tv usb slot.
